What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
With my background in sports, I bring a solid understanding of how the body performs and recovers, especially under the demands of high-intensity activities. My experience working with semi-professional sports teams has sharpened my skills in managing both acute and chronic injuries, allowing me to make quick, effective decisions in real-time scenarios. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals and take pride in guiding clients toward long-term improvements. I love creating functional, tailored exercise programs that empower clients to regain confidence and independence, making the process as enjoyable as it is effective.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
I particularly enjoy working with acute lower limb injuries, drawing on my own experiences to guide patients through the recovery process. I also have a strong interest in treating general aches and pains, as these cases often require a more in-depth assessment and problem-solving approach to uncover the underlying issues. It’s rewarding to help patients find relief and restore function, especially when it involves navigating the complexities of long-standing discomfort.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Swimming or surfing in the ocean, hiking, playing guitar or reading a book.
What would be your personal motto?
When you change the way you look at something, what you’re looking at changes
