I’m an Aussie physiotherapist who mixes solid clinical skills with a love for adventure. I’ve worked across hospital, sports and community settings, and I’m back for my third season in the mountains. My goal as a physio is simple: to help people get back to doing what they love. My approach is practical and holistic, focusing on a combination of strength, mobility and manual therapy to find what works best for your body. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me chasing snow, surf or sunshine somewhere in the world.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
My passion for exercise and being active has given me an appreciation for the importance of solid rehabilitation.
Having competed in a marathon, a half iron man triathlon and multiple trail running and adventure races, I’m motivated to help others get moving again and back to doing what they love. I also really enjoy finding ways to make rehabilitation an enjoyable experience.
Having done a snow season in Canada, I’m familiar with snow sporting injuries and understand the impact they have on someone’s holiday and/ or snow season.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Previously I would have said ankles having had extensive experience in rehabilitating my own, however after working at Asia Physio last season treating knees has definitely taken top position.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Adventuring! I’m surfing, free diving, spearfishing, sailing, teaching yoga, competing in trail races, hiking, snowboarding, travelling… the list goes on. There’s an adventure for every season.
What would be your personal motto?
love many, trust few, and always paddle your own canoe
Who is someone you admire and why?
My family. They work hard, have achieved amazing things and above all, are the most generous, kind and supportive people I know. I’m very lucky to have them in my corner.
Your most-outstanding achievement:
Recently, becoming a yoga teacher – it just brings me so much joy. Also winning the teams section of a 60km trail running race with my best mate, that was pretty special.
