Jack is a registered physiotherapist based in Sydney, Australia. Growing up in the Sutherland Shire, he developed a passion for sports and injury management through his own experiences playing Rugby League. Jack has extensive sports physiotherapy experience, including working with A-Grade Rugby League teams and gaining elite-level exposure with the Cronulla Sharks NRL squad while at university. Jack is passionate about guiding athletes through the rehabilitation process, helping them safely return to play.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Designing progressive, goal-oriented rehab plans that balance load management, strength, mobility and functional outcomes. Confidence providing acute injury management, taping, return-to-play decisions and working in fast-paced sporting environments.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
I enjoy treating knee injuries the most. There’s a good mix of movement assessment, strength work and rehab planning, and it’s really rewarding seeing patients get back to sport or daily activities with better strength and confidence.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
I’m happiest when I’m watching or playing any type of sport, getting to the gym, and spending time with mates.
What would be your personal motto?
Strength comes from consistency
Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire LeBron James because his consistency and dedication have kept him at the top of his game for so long. I also respect how he uses his platform to make a positive impact off the court, showing that success isn’t just about performance, but also about giving back.

Winning my last Rugby League Grand Final.
